Warrior Extracts: Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Purchase Agreement
In agreeing to purchase any Warrior products, including a Warrior Box, either by checking the "Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions" checkbox at checkout or by any other purchasing method, this Purchasing Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Warrior Extracts ("Seller") and the Buyer, effective from the date of purchase, collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Age Restriction: Buyer acknowledges and agrees that they must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Warrior Extracts.
1.2 FDA Disclaimer: Products provided by Warrior Extracts have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to treat, cure, or diagnose any diseases.
1.3 Healthcare Consultation: Buyer acknowledges the importance of consulting a qualified healthcare provider before using any new supplement purchased from Warrior Extracts.
1.4 Shipping Restrictions: Warrior Extracts will only ship products within the United States and will not deliver to areas where the sale of its products is prohibited.
1.5 Liability: Warrior Extracts shall not be held liable for any misuse or adverse effects resulting from the use of its products.
2. Product Usage and Safety
2.1 Integrity of Product: Buyer shall only use products with intact seals and shall not use products that have been broken or tampered with.
2.2 Healthcare Consultation (Reiterated): Buyer must consult a certified healthcare provider before using any products.
2.3 Product Knowledge: Buyer is responsible for understanding the difference between kratom extract and raw leaf products.
2.4 Caution for High Potency: Buyer must exercise caution when using high-potency extract products.
2.5 Health Risks Awareness: Buyer acknowledges and is aware of potential health risks associated with the use of these products, including but not limited to seizures, liver damage, and addiction.
2.6 Usage Limits: Buyer agrees to adhere to the usage limits, which include a maximum of one capsule, one serving of liquid, or 2 grams of powder within a 24-hour period. These products should not be used for more than five days in a month.
3. Contraindications
3.1 Pregnancy and Nursing: These products are not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women.
3.2 Medical Conditions: Buyer shall not use these products if they have certain medical conditions.
3.3 Prohibited Activities: Buyer shall not operate vehicles or machinery after using these products.
4. Emergency
4.1 Seek Medical Attention: Buyer shall seek immediate medical attention if they experience any adverse effects from using the products.
5. Legal Disclaimer
5.1 FDA Approval: Buyer acknowledges that these products have not been approved by the FDA for consumption in the United States.
5.2 Assumption of Responsibility: Buyer assumes full responsibility for any complications or consequences that may arise from the use of these products.
5.3 Age Restriction (Reiterated): Products are not for sale to minors and can only be purchased by individuals who are 18 years of age or older (21 for Tennessee residents).
5.4 Shipping Restrictions (Reiterated): Warrior Extracts does not ship to areas where the sale of its products is banned.
5.5 Botanical Specimens: Buyer understands that these products are botanical specimens and are not recommended for continuous or prolonged use.
5.6 FDA Advisories: Buyer shall consult FDA advisories for additional information regarding risks associated with kratom.
6. Purchase and Handling
6.1 Final Sales: All sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds shall be granted.
6.2 Brand Representation: Buyer agrees not to misrepresent the Warrior Extracts brand in any manner.
6.3 Display Box and Advertising: Buyer shall keep Warrior display boxes clean and unmodified unless provided with explicit authorization from Warrior. All advertising materials must be provided by Warrior.
6.4 Adulteration: Buyer shall not adulterate or tamper with any Warrior Extracts products.
6.5 Anti Charge-Back Clause: Buyer acknowledges and accepts an anti charge-back clause, stating: "I, [shop owner / purchaser], agree to this purchase."
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
