We at Warrior Extracts value your satisfaction and strive to make our return process as straightforward and pleasant as possible. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how you can easily return it:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Product Condition: Make sure the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Have your receipt or order confirmation email ready.
- Return Window: Initiate your return within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to Return:
- Email us at happy@warriorextracts.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
- Products that have been opened or used, for safety and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
- Customers with a history of excessive returns may be denied return requests.
Damaged or Defective Products:
